Delivery Locations

We currently ship across all Canadian provinces and territories.

  • Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or business address within Canada.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@topselect.ca.

Please note:

  • Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Shipping Options and Rates

We offer reliable, tracked delivery across all Canadian provinces and territories.

Standard Shipping — Canadian Provinces

  • Flat rate: $9.99 CAD
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 CAD within Canadian provinces
  • Expedited and Priority Shipping: Available at checkout

Northern Territories — YT, NT, NU

Shipping rates for Northern Territories are calculated separately and are not eligible for our standard provincial free shipping offer.

  • Standard Shipping: Starting at $20 CAD
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $500 CAD

Shipping options apply to our full product selection, including memory cards, USB drives, SSDs, accessories, and multi-pack storage products.


Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Canadian Provinces: 2–5 business days
    • Northern Territories: 7–12 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


Fulfillment & Carriers

We work with trusted Canadian carriers to provide fast and secure delivery across the country. Your order may be delivered by one of the following carriers:

  • Amazon Logistics
  • Intelcom
  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Most orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, Canada Post, or UPS, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

If you have a preferred courier, you may leave a note during checkout. While we cannot guarantee carrier selection, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is automatically sent by email once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
