TOP SELECT CANADA LTD. – RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Top Select Canada Ltd., your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy designed to give you peace of mind when purchasing electronics and memory devices from us.


✅ RETURNS – 90 DAYS

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error, we cover the return shipping
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong item), you cover the return shipping fee of $10-$15, depending on your location.

We'll email you detailed instructions once your return is approved.


🔁 EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 90 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

  • If the exchange is due to our error or a defective item, we’ll cover shipping both ways (one-time exchange).
  • If the exchange is due to ordering the wrong item or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee ($10–$15 depending on your location). We’ll cover the shipping for the replacement item.
  • Items must meet the same conditions as the original purchase (unused, unopened, and sealed).

💳 REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • No restocking fees are charged.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To ensure product integrity, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used memory cards, USBs, and SSDs
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or modification
  • Any item not in its original sealed packaging

Exceptions only apply if the issue is caused by our error or a product defect


📦 DELIVERY ISSUES

  • All orders include tracking
  • If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received the item, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
  • Once marked as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen items but will support you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Email support@topselect.ca with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll verify your return eligibility and send you a prepaid return label with instructions.
