I picked up the SanDisk Cruzer 64GB USB 2.0 as a dedicated boot drive for my UNRAID NAS, and it’s done the job perfectly.
Pros:
Working with UNRAID-NAS
Running 24/7 for weeks with zero issues.
Cost-effective
Cons:
Gets a bit warm over time, but nothing to worry about.
Love my sandisk. I bought many usb sticks that wouldn't last but this one has held up for a yr and still going. Sandisk is the BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! AAA+++
Don't even bother bying it. As soon as you buy the flash disk and plug it into your USB port, you'll find out that it is not 64GB, but 58.7GB. Yes, you need files on the flash to operate it, however, 5.3GB of hardware files is radiculous to loose !!
Works greak on my unraid servers
Dj's, if you're looking for a usb 2.0 that is
- formatted to fat32 (standard for slightly outdated club gear)
- speedy with rekordbox/dj software export times
- reliable and doesn't corrupt on a whim
you're in the right place. get this one, save yourself the headache
