I sent an email to the support channel they provided but I didn't get and answer, I think they quality is a big problem if you can't trust in they warranty... So I don't recommend this brand to any one

Keine ständig kaputten Ladekabel für 2 Gotchas mehr.Endlich gibt es 1 kleines und kompaktes Gerät für 2 Handys. Herrlich. Der Akku hält gefühlt ewig. Auch die Einstellungen verstellen sich nicht dauernd, wie bei den alten Geräten.
