You will research potential partners and communities, initiate approved outreach, coordinate follow-ups, support affiliate and ambassador relationships, contribute to public-relations activity, help generate interest among relevant business audiences, and assist with events.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our Marketing Specialist and B2B Sales Manager.

The focus is on creating awareness, conversations, relationships, and qualified opportunities, and on working alongside colleagues in marketing and sales as those opportunities progress. Responsibilities may develop over time as our commercial programs grow.

What you will do

Partnerships and relationship development

  • Research and identify prospective partners, associations, installers, integrators, resellers, creators, complementary businesses, and industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of relevant partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct approved outreach through email, professional networks, introductions, events, and appropriate communities.
  • Coordinate introductory conversations, follow-ups, next steps, onboarding requirements, and partner communications.
  • Support co-marketing, referral, reseller, sponsorship, content, event, and other collaboration opportunities.
  • Help partners receive accurate information, approved materials, timely support, and agreed deliverables.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and identify ways to expand productive collaborations.

Affiliate, ambassador, loyalty, and advocacy programs

  • Help identify, recruit, onboard, and support affiliates, ambassadors, creators, industry experts, customer advocates, and referral partners.
  • Coordinate approved links, promotional codes, messaging, product information, campaign materials, and program communications.
  • Support product-seeding and creator-collaboration initiatives when approved.
  • Assist with customer referral, loyalty, and advocacy initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Track participation, content delivery, referrals, traffic, code usage, and attributed results.
  • Maintain consistent communication with active program participants and flag risks or opportunities.

Community development and public relations

  • Identify relevant online and offline communities related to technology, photography, videography, security systems, dash cams, drones, fieldwork, small business, and institutional purchasing.
  • Build genuine relationships with community leaders, associations, members, publishers, and industry groups.
  • Participate in approved discussions in a useful, professional, and non-spammy manner.
  • Monitor conversations for customer questions, product feedback, market needs, partnership opportunities, and content ideas.
  • Research journalists, editors, bloggers, newsletters, podcasts, associations, and niche publishers.
  • Support media pitches, expert-commentary opportunities, product-review outreach, contributed content, partnership announcements, and local business stories.
  • Help prepare company information, product facts, story angles, media materials, and follow-up schedules.

Outbound demand generation

  • Research organizations and decision-makers within approved B2B target segments.
  • Build accurate contact lists for focused outbound initiatives.
  • Send approved introductory and follow-up communications designed to create awareness and interest.
  • Use educational resources, product information, partnership ideas, event invitations, and relevant business use cases to start conversations.
  • Track responses, objections, positive signals, and agreed next actions.
  • Qualify commercial interest and coordinate the next step with the appropriate internal owner.

Events and external representation

  • Research relevant trade shows, conferences, networking events, community gatherings, association meetings, and local business opportunities.
  • Assist with event selection, registration, logistics, materials, invitations, and internal preparation.
  • Attend approved events and represent Top Select professionally.
  • Build relationships with attendees, exhibitors, organizers, partners, and prospective customers.
  • Record contacts, conversation notes, opportunities, and required follow-up.
  • Coordinate timely post-event communication and summarize event outcomes.

Coordination, systems, and reporting

  • Maintain accurate records for contacts, organizations, outreach, relationship stages, activities, and next actions in the company CRM.
  • Manage assigned campaigns, events, deliverables, and deadlines in the company's project-management system.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Specialist when content, creative, email, landing-page, or promotional support is required.
  • Prepare concise weekly updates covering activity, outcomes, opportunities, obstacles, and next steps.
  • Help document and improve outreach templates, partner onboarding, event workflows, and recurring program processes.

What you bring

  • One to three years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, community engagement, marketing coordination, affiliate marketing, public relations, event coordination, sales support, or a related area.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence initiating conversations and conducting respectful outbound outreach.
  • Strong research skills and an ability to identify relevant organizations, contacts, communities, and opportunities.
  • Excellent organization, follow-up, and record-keeping habits.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships, projects, and deadlines without losing important details.
  • Sound judgment when representing a company online, in writing, by phone, or at events.
  • Comfort working independently within an approved strategy and collaborating with a small team.
